These terms are between you and YDT Holdings Oy (Business ID 3608568-3, Kankaistenkatu 22, 13220 Hämeenlinna, Finland), the company behind Clara. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Who can use Clara

You must be 13 or older. One account is for one person.

2. Your account

Choose a name that isn't offensive and doesn't pretend to be someone else. Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account.

3. Clara is free and still being built

Clara is free to use. The alpha is an early version: things change, some features may stop or move, and there may be mistakes. We do our best to keep your data safe and to tell you before anything big changes.

4. Not medical advice

Clara helps you track training and food. It is not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise or diet plan, especially if you have a health condition or an injury. Stop if something hurts.

5. Fair use

Don't break the law with Clara, try to get into other people's accounts, overload or attack the service, or copy Clara to make your own. If you do, we can pause or close your account.

6. Your data

What you log is yours. We use it only to run Clara, as the privacy page explains: Privacy.

7. Leaving

You can delete your account at any time in Settings on alpha.clara.lifestyle, or by writing to privacy@clara.lifestyle. Deleting it removes your account and takes you off our email lists. Accounts nobody signs into for 24 months are deleted.

8. What belongs to us

Clara's name, design, pictures and code belong to YDT Holdings Oy. You may use Clara for yourself, not resell or copy it.

9. Responsibility

We provide Clara as it is. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses or for losses caused by things outside our control. Nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer under Finnish or EU law.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you before the change applies. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.

11. Law and disputes

Finnish law applies. If we disagree, write to us first: privacy@clara.lifestyle. As a consumer you can also take the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) or to a court where you live.
